When Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order but, do have it checked that the order is not dispatched. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

What Happens If My Product Is Already On Its Way?

Even after the product has been dispatched, cancellation requests are still accepted. However, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. For further information about the fees, please get in touch with our customer service.

Why Can’t My Order Be Cancelled?

Cancellations are not allowed for special promotional items offered during festivals and special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Christmas, etc. These are limited-time offers and are non-cancellable.

Is there a deadline for cancellation requests?

Absolutely, cancellations must be made either before the purchase is shipped or within 24 hours of the order being placed, whichever seems sooner.
