Warranty Coverage
  • Validity: The guarantee is only good inside the nation in which it was purchased.
  • Duration: From the date of purchase, our items are covered by a one-year service warranty.
  • Scope: Free repairs for defects in manufacturing are covered by this guarantee. It does not cover additional components or travel expenditures for in-home servicing; it only covers labor costs and the replacement of defective motors.
Conditions
  • Proof of Purchase: Safeguard your original warranty card and tax invoice. Any requests for warranty services require these documentation.
  • Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover damage caused by mistreatment, carelessness, product breakage, cracking, or denting.
  • Free Service: The warranty term is not extended by taking advantage of free service or replacements under warranty.
Limitations
  • Tampering: If the product is altered or fixed by unapproved personnel, the warranty will be nullified.
  • Property: Gorek Technologies owns any damaged components that are replaced under warranty.
  • After-Warranty Service: Depending on the availability of replacement components, service will be rendered following the warranty term and will be subject to extra costs.
